16041 Image IMAGE: Plate loaded on drum Trendsetter_400/800_Proofing The operator was imaging the plate but for some reason, the plate was not unloaded when the imaging is done. The operator then try to unload a carrier rather than the plate. A plate is loaded on the drum when operator tries to unload the proofing carrier. Try selecting the device->reset button on workstation menu bar to unload the plate. Operator error.
